MemMachine Batch

An inherited documentation system that had grown organically through ad hoc updates by multiple engineers, resulting in inconsistent structure, navigation, and voice.

I took ownership of the documentation system, evaluating its strengths and weaknesses before re-architecting the overall structure to better reflect how users interacted with the product. This included reorganizing content, improving navigational coherence, and establishing clearer relationships between related topics.

In addition to structural changes, I edited and revised content to create a more consistent, cohesive voice across the site, resulting in documentation that was easier to navigate, understand, and maintain over time.
