A documentation was an existing site with a defined structure, where wholesale re-architecture was neither appropriate nor necessary.

I worked within the established framework to improve usability and clarity from a user’s perspective, focusing on areas where users were likely to need additional guidance or orientation. This included adding explanatory tables for navigation icons, clarifying how features and concepts mapped to specific guides, and strengthening cross-links between related sections.

The work emphasized incremental improvement rather than structural overhaul, ensuring that users could more easily understand how to navigate the documentation and locate the information they needed, while preserving consistency with the broader documentation ecosystem.
